accidentally update to 8.1

so ive called Malaysia's Microsoft just now
tekan 1 untuk Bahasa Malaysia
then went thru several pressing processes
then the assistant pick up the phone
confidently i spoke in Malaysian language
sebab tadi dh tekan 1

(I should hv listen to him masa dia kenalkan diri.rupanya omputih)
'Last night my Windows 8 automatically update to 8.1.i didnt go to the store.its already installing'
'Automatically? It must be done manually which is u went to the store and then click for update'

Ya Allah.went thru this prob for the 2nd time.so what should i do? its blank and i got lots of stuff there.please dont harm my hard disk,again.i need u (T ^ T)
