How glad I feel right now because it went perfect, should i say that? It's good anyway. That's it. Im just happy cause I really failed in baking either cake or biscuit but this time it works. My brother said he likes it too! :)
I use Azie Kitchen's Best Moist Chocolate Cake Ever as guidance but I dont have several things here so I just adjust (trial and error). So here is my version of chocolate cake.with no photo attached cause I used my camera just now and I'm way too lazy to transfer :P
Cake
2 cups self raising flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup van houten cocoa powder
1/4 cup milo powder
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 ts vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Buttermilk
1 cup milk
4 drops vinegar
Chocolate Ganache
van houten chocolate bar (big size) (i use the one with hazelnuts)
1 1/2 tbs buttercup (melted)
3 tbs condensed milk
1/4 cup hot water
Directions
1. Preheat the oven - 180'C
2. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix all the other ingredients to the mixing bowl except the boiling water.
3. When finely mixed, pour in the boiling water.
4. Grease your baking pan with butter. (or use baking paper)
5. Pour in the cake mix and bake for an hour at 150 degree celcius.
6. Crushed the chocolate bar in a bowl. Add in the melted butter, milk and hot water.
