Udang Masak Black Pepper.

Mum did little 'kitchen-cleanup' today because we were searching for foil tray or whatever can be used in the oven. Because i want to bake my bread pudding there. Then she found a Maggi Black Pepper Mix, unused, expiry date : 4 February 2015. ahhh good. today is 26 January 2015. so today i make bread pudding and black pepper shrimp


i use this seasoning

so here im sharing the recipe. for my own convenience and to share with others :) enjoy!

2 small shallots - chopped
3 cloves garlic - chopped
3 stalks lemongrass - chopped
2 tablespoon maggi black pepper mix
20 medium size shrimps
oil

1. Heat the pan, put some oil and fry the shrimps.
2. Set aside and fry the shallots and garlic.
3. Add in the lemongrass.
4. Add in the shrimps.
5. Finally, add in the black pepper mix.

and youre done! :)
