PHYSIOTHERAPY

based on the title given, yes i was given an hour [ no no almost two hours when i think twice ] of physiotherapy on 28th february. yes it was full of exciting and fear and doubt too ? yeah i am not sure and cannot consider myself fully recovered yet. this is because,oh because,because i can't see right through my clavicle how is it today. i hope i will able to do my daily routine as usual and there is no 'rempit'.lol.i'm going off myself from bike. i hope so i could make it.oh the exercise given wasn't too heavy especially for newbie like me. there are few exercises to stretch my hand, lift up straight front and side.oh my latest abilities are 95 per 115 for front lift,45 per 47 for back lift and for side, oh no i can't remember. but well, i knew i'm getting betterr .! oh friends and dear God, thanks for giving me the new strength  :)
